Gawar Fali Ki Sukhi Sabji

Gawar fali or gavarfali or cluster bean Ki sukhi sabji without onion and garlic recipe- How to make Gawar fali 
Gawar fali is fiber rich and controls blood sugar and cholesterol levels. 


Ingredients:

  • 250 gm gawar fali finely chopped
  • 2 tsp oil
  • a pinch of asafoetida
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 green chili chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped coriander leaves

Method:

  • Gawar fali should wash with water to remove dirt.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  • When seeds crackle then add asafoetida and turmeric powder, mix well.
  • Add gawar fali and salt and mix well and cover with a lid on low flame for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  • When gawar fali is cooked add all the spices and mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
