Gawar fali or gavarfali or cluster bean Ki sukhi sabji without onion and garlic recipe- How to make Gawar fali
Gawar fali is fiber rich and controls blood sugar and cholesterol levels.
Ingredients:
- 250 gm gawar fali finely chopped
- 2 tsp oil
- a pinch of asafoetida
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 green chili chopped
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves
Method:
- Gawar fali should wash with water to remove dirt.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- When seeds crackle then add asafoetida and turmeric powder, mix well.
- Add gawar fali and salt and mix well and cover with a lid on low flame for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- When gawar fali is cooked add all the spices and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
