Guava Ice cream recipe
Ingredients
300 gm chilled full cream
1 cup condense milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 Guava
Method
Peel all the guavas and blend it in a mixer and make a puree and strain it for removing seeds.
We should take two bowls of different sizes.
In the bigger one take the ice and in the smaller one take cream,
then place the smaller one in the bigger bowl.
Whisk the cream until it is thrice the initial volume and forms soft peaks.
Add condensed milk and vanilla essence.
Whisk it again.
Now add guava puree and blend it again.
Transfer it in a jar and give a good tap to remove the air bubbles and cover it.
Freeze it for 8 hours.
Serve with slices of guava.
