Chickoo Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
300 gm chilled full cream
1 cup condense milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 Chickoo
Method
Peel all the chickoo and blend it in a mixer and make a puree.
We should take two bowls of different sizes.
In the bigger one bowl take the ice and smaller one take the full cream.
Whisk the cream until it is thrice the initial volume and forms soft peaks.
Add condense milk and vanilla essence.
Mix it well.
Now add chickoo puree and blend it again.
Transfer it in a jar and give a good tap to remove air bubbles and cover it.
Freeze it for 8 hours.
Serve with slice of chickoo.
