Ingredients:

1 cup Singhara Flour
1/4 cup mashed potatoes
1/4 cup chopped spinach
2 chopped green chilies
2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1/4 cup coriander leaves
1 tsp red chili powder
salt to taste
Enough oil for oiling paratha

Method:

Mix all the ingredients
Knead the dough and divide it in equal 4-5 small balls.
Lightly flour a clean dry surface and place one ball of singhara potato spinach dough on it.
Roll it into small flat chappaties.
Roast it on tawa with oil from both sides.
If you want to fry you can make poori with the same dough.
Serve it with curd, chutney, and potato curry.
