Banana Rolls recipe, kele ke roll recipe, how to make banana rolls
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 1 Tablespoon ghee
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon cardamom powder
- 2 Teaspoon chopped almond
- 1 Tablespoon coarsely ground cashew nuts
- 2 Tablespoon coconut powder
Method:
- Peel and mash all bananas
- Heat ghee in a pan and add mashed banana and coconut powder and saute for 3 minutes.
- Now add sugar and cardamom powder and cook well.
- Saute till ghee leaves from bananas and then add cashew nut powder and mix well.
- When it cools down then give shape as u wish.
- Garnish these rolls with chopped almonds.
- Banana rolls are ready to serve.
