Rasili Kulfi Recipe- Healthy Lollies recipe
Ingredients:
4-5 medium size tomato
2 carrots
1 cucumber
1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
1/2 tsp black salt
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mint powder
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp chaat masala
Method:
Peel carrot and cucumber and chopped.
Wash tomato and chopped.
Put all ingredient in the blender and make a fine paste and strain with a sieve.
Now fill in ice cream mold and freeze it for at least 8 hours.
When serve then sprinkle some chaat masala.
