Ingredients:
200 grams spaghetti
1 tablespoon parsley
3-4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Method:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- Don’t break the spaghetti, keep them whole and place in water.
- Once they start cooking, they will start settling down in the water.
- Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to bite.
- Drain and place them in a bowl and cover it.
- Heat olive oil in a pan add chopped garlic.
- Add salt and saute garlic lightly until lightly brown.

- Add red chili flakes and parsley.
