Coriander Chutney Recipe-How to make coriander chutney-Dhania Chutney
Coriander chutney most commonly used in India.It is good source of vitamin C.It has cumin seeds that is good for digestion. It goes very well with snacks and chaat.
Ingredients:
- 2 Cup coriander leaves
- 1-inch ginger
- 3 green chilies
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method:
- Wash coriander leaves with water.
- Put in sieve for removing all water.
- Put all the ingredients in blender except lemon juice.
- Add 1 teaspoon water and grind it till smooth.
- Adjust salt and lemon juice as per your taste.
- Remove it in serving bowl or store it in an airtight container.
- While serving coriander chutney add lemon juice.
Note:
- Don’t use lime if you want to store many days it will retain its green color.
- Add lime before using.
