Butterscotch Ice Cream Recipe – How to make a butterscotch ice cream recipe
It is a very simple recipe. If you did not want to make ice-cream but want to eat butterscotch then add crushed praline in vanilla ice-cream.


Ingredients:


 250 ml chilled full cream

1 cup condense milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 tablespoon sugar(white or brown)
1 tablespoon chopped dry nuts

Method:

  • First, we make praline.
  • For making praline melt sugar in a wok on low heat till golden like honey.
  • Then add chopped nuts and mix it well.
  • Spread this mixture on a greased and flat plate and allowed it to cool and harden.
  • Now we take a big bowl and add full cream.
  • Whisk the cream until it is thrice the initial volume and forms soft peaks.
  • Add condensed milk and vanilla essence and whisk it again.
  • Now coarsely crush praline and add 3/4 portion in cream and give a good mix.
  • Transfer it to a box and give a good tap to remove the air bubbles.
  • Remaining 1/4 crush praline top of this.
  • Freeze it for 8 hours.
  • Now our ice-cream ready to serve.
