Open Sandwich

Open sandwich recipe – How to make an open sandwich 
This is perfect for breakfast or tiffin or snacks. 

Ingredients:

4 slices of bread or masala bread or garlic bread
1/2 cup pizza sauce
Mozzarella grated
1 cup capsicum mixed sliced green, yellow and red
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/4 cup American corn boiled
1/4 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoon butter

Method:

Take all slice of bread and apply butter on them.
Spread a portion of pizza sauce evenly over each slice.
Now add capsicum and onion slices.
Add mozzarella and sprinkle some oregano.
Now add corn.
Put all the slices in the preheated oven at 200-degree centigrade for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese will melt.
