A refreshing summer tea with the flavor of mangoes and tea. Mango ice tea is a perfect way to stay hydrated during these summer days and also during Ramadan. Make use of mango season at full and enjoy this easy tea anytime.

Ingredients:
1 cup mango
1 tsp tea leaves
1 cup sugar
2 tsp lemon juice

Method:
Peel and chop the mango.
Puree them in a blender and refrigerate.
Heat water on a stove top.
Remove the pan of hot water.
Add tea leaves and sugar and stir.
Cover and let the tea steep in the hot water for 5 to 7 minutes.
Strain and keep the tea in the fridge.
Once the tea is cooled, remove from the fridge.
Pour the tea into a blender.
Add mango puree and lemon juice.
Blend everything till smooth.
Serve the mango iced tea with some ice cubes and a slice of lemon.
