Lauki ka paratha recipe-How to make lauki ka paratha – doodhi paratha – bottle gourd flatbread – opo squash flatbread recipe – bottle gourd paratha recipe
Lauki ka paratha is made with whole wheat flour and lauki, it is different from stuff paratha. This nutritious paratha is very good in taste and health too. These lauki parathas can also be packed as tiffin box snacks or lunch. The taste of lauki is not felt in the parathas. So good for kids who do not like to eat healthy veggies like lauki. Method:
- Wash and peel and grate bottle gourd.
