Corn Bhajia the recipe – Corn Pakoda recipe-How to make corn fritters
These Bhajias can be eaten in brunch…yummy and easy to make. Corn Bhajia is one dish which makes its accompaniments tastier. With the right mix of flavors, corn bhajia have always been everyone’s favorite. Whenever you crave for something fried and different then try out making these fritters and serve steaming hot. Everyone will love them for sure.

Ingredients:
- Corn – 2
- Gram flour- 1 tablespoon
- Ginger paste- 1 teaspoon
- Green chili – 1 (chopped)
- Red Chilli powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- Green coriander leaves finely chopped
Method:
- Grate the corn from all sides and take out the pulp.
- Take the pulp in a bowl and mix gram flour in it.
- Then add ginger paste, green chili, red chili powder, and salt and chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Heat enough oil in a wok. When the oil is sufficiently hot, place a spoonful of prepared mixture into it. Drop as many pakoras as possible.
- Flip and turn the sides until they get golden brown in color.
- Drain and place on an absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with green chutney and sauce.
