A popular summer beverage of creamy cold coffee with ice cream. This frozen treat combines the energy boost of coffee with the refreshing coolness of ice cream. Coffee ice cream is extremely easy to make.

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon – coffee powder
- 1/2 teaspoon hot water
- 2 teaspoon – sugar
- 1 cup full cream milk
- 3 scoop of vanilla ice cream
- 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup
Method
- Dissolve the sugar and coffee with hot water in a bowl and mix well.
- Combine the prepared coffee solution, milk and 2 scoops of ice cream in a blender and churn it once.
- First spread some chocolate syrup in the glass and then pour the cold coffee.
- Serve immediately topped with one scoop of ice cream.
