Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon – coconut grated
- 1 tablespoon – oats
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoon – powder sugar
- Ghee for frying
- 2 cup Whole wheat flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method:
- In a bowl, add some whole wheat flour, salt and add enough water to make a soft dough. Knead well.
- Add one teaspoon ghee and again knead well.
- Cover and rest the dough for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, add oats, ground coconut, cardamom powder and sugar and mix well.
- Add little water to this mixture for binding and keep aside.
- Now take little dough, make it into a small roundel and spread the dough into a small disc.
- Place the appropriate amount of coconut and oats mixture on the disc and seal it properly and then roll out the paratha.
- On a preheated griddle or tawa and cook the paratha by applying ghee evenly till both sides are cooked and golden brown in color.
- Serve it hot with honey.
