Stuff Beetroot Roll recipe- How to make stuff beetroot roll
Beetroot is low in fat, full of powerful antioxidants, rich in vitamin C, and helps in the absorption of iron. Combination of beetroot and curd is superb. Try this yummy Stuffed Beetroot Roll.
Preparation time – 10 minutes
Cooking time – 5 minutes
Serving – 2 people
Ingredients:
- 1 large size beetroot
- 2 tablespoon hung curd
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds powder
- A handful of chopped coriander leaves
- 1 green chilly finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for roasted
Method:
- Peel beetroot and cut it into thin slices like chips.
- Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon oil.
- Put beetroot slice on it and roast it from both the sides for one minute and sprinkle some salt on it and keep it aside.
- Now take a bowl and add hung curd and add cumin powder, salt, black pepper, coriander leaves, green chili and mix everything well.
- Our stuffing is ready.
- Now take a teaspoon of stuffing and spread it on beetroot slice and roll it.
- Repeat this process for all of the remaining chips.
- Now our Stuffed Beetroot Roll is ready to serve.
