Pumpkin Pakoda, Kaddu Pakoda, How to make Kaddu Pakoda

A crisp and delightful pumpkin pakoda, that will help you to explore the spicy side of pumpkins.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup grated pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoon gram flour (chickpea flour or besan)
  • 1 teaspoon rice flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon chat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 green chili finely chopped
  • 1-inch ginger grated
  • A handful of chopped coriander leaves
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  • Take a bowl, add grated pumpkin, gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, carom seeds, salt, green chili, ginger, coriander leaves, and 1 teaspoon oil and mix nicely without water.
  • Heat oil in a pan, drop the pakodas and fry till golden brown in color.
  • Transfer into a plate and sprinkle some chat masala.
  • Now pumpkin pakodas ready to serve.
