Pumpkin Pakoda, Kaddu Pakoda, How to make Kaddu Pakoda
A crisp and delightful pumpkin pakoda, that will help you to explore the spicy side of pumpkins.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup grated pumpkin
- 2 tablespoon gram flour (chickpea flour or besan)
- 1 teaspoon rice flour
- 1/2 teaspoon chat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds
- Salt to taste
- 1 green chili finely chopped
- 1-inch ginger grated
- A handful of chopped coriander leaves
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Take a bowl, add grated pumpkin, gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, carom seeds, salt, green chili, ginger, coriander leaves, and 1 teaspoon oil and mix nicely without water.
- Heat oil in a pan, drop the pakodas and fry till golden brown in color.
- Transfer into a plate and sprinkle some chat masala.
- Now pumpkin pakodas ready to serve.
