Aalu ka bharta, aaloo ka bharta, how to make aalu ka bharta

Ingredients:
- 3 potatoes boiled
- 1/2 cup curd
- 2 tablespoon ghee
- 1-inch ginger grated
- 1 green chili chopped
- A pinch of asafoetida
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- A handful of chopped coriander leaves.
Method:
- Peel the potatoes and mash it.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add asafoetida, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, chopped green chili, grated ginger, and coriander powder.
- Saute these spices for one minute and add curd and stir continuously.
- Add red chili powder and stir again.
- We will cook curd until it becomes a thick paste and oil floats on the surface.
- After boiling curd we will add salt and garam masala.
- Add mashed potatoes and stir it for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add chopped coriander leaves.
- Our aalu bharta is ready to serve.
