Maharashtra is famous because of this one dish called Poha. Poha is light and nutritious and generally eaten during breakfast. It would be a perfect choice for all health freaks.

Ingredients:
- 3 cup Poha
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 green chilly chopped
- 2 tablespoon Bikaneri Bhujia
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon sugar
Method:
- Wash the poha in a colander. Poha should be moist but not mashed.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and when they splutter add turmeric powder and saute for a minute.
- Add poha and then salt and mix it lightly.
- Add sugar and cover it for 2 minutes.
- Then mix it.
- Our poha is ready to serve.
- While serving add lemon juice and bhujia, chopped green chili, and mix it nicely.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
