Bhindi Masala recipe, Masala bhindi recipe, How to make Bhindi masala
This is a delicious masala bhindi recipe that I often make at home. This masala bhindi recipe is easy to make and is a dry veg.

Ingredients:
- 250 grams Bhindi
- 2 tablespoon oil
- A pinch of Asafoetida
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder
- 2 green chili chopped
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves
Method:
- Bhindi should wash with water to remove dirt.
- Whip dry and trim both ends of the bhindi.
- Also, ensure that pat dry bhindi with no trace of moisture before you chop them.
- Once done, chopped bhindi into small round pieces.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- When seeds crackle then put asafoetida and turmeric powder, mix well.
- Add bhindi and salt and mix well and cover with a lid on low flame for 5 minutes.
- Stirring occasionally.
- When bhindi is cooked add all the spices and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
