Homemade pasta in white sauce is a delicious creamy pasta recipe tossed in fresh creamy white sauce. Kids simply love pasta. You can use any cheese of your choice and the pasta will taste equally good.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Pasta
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 4 -5 cup water
- 1 Cup milk
- 1 tablespoon refine flour
- 2 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 cheese slice
- 2 teaspoon grated carrot
- 1 teaspoon green coriander chutney
Method:
- First, we boil the pasta for this take a deep bowl and add 4 to5 cups water, salt and oil.
- Heat it for a minute on high flame.
- Add pasta and keep stirring in between so that the pasta doesn’t stick to the bottom.
- After boiling, drain out the water from the pasta and divide it into three equal portions.
- For white sauce, heat butter in a pan and add 1 tablespoon refine flour and stir continuously and cook for a minute.
- Pour 1 cup milk little by a little while, stirring continuously with a whisk.
- Reduce flame to low. continue stirring and cooking until mixture starts to thicken.
- Add salt, black pepper, oregano, cheese slice and mix well.
- Divide this sauce into three equal portions.
- Add grated carrot in one portion and green coriander chutney in the second portion and leave the third portion as it is.
- Take the grated carrot mix white sauce and mix one portion of pasta and mix well and saute for a minute.
- Like this, we prepare green and white colour pasta.
- Now our tricolour pasta is ready and arranges this pasta as you wish.
