Bharwa Parwal or Stuffed Parwal recipe, how to make bharwa parwal
Parwal stuffed with spicy masalas, bursting with flavors to delight everyone at your dinner table.

Ingredients:
- 250 Parwal
- 2 tablespoon – oil
- A pinch of asafoetida
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash, peel parwal and remove stalk from both ends.
- Make a slit in center lengthwise keeping joint from the back.
- Mix all the spices and fill in the parwal’s slit.
- Heat a wok and add oil and asafoetida and cumin seeds.
- When cumin seeds crackle, add turmeric powder and stuffed parwal.
- And little salt as we already add in masala.
- Mix well and cover it.
- Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Turn off the gas.
- Stuff parwal is ready to serve.
