Easy paan ice cream to beat the heat. Ice cream flavored with the world famous Meetha Paan. Betel leaves are good for digestion. Gulkand gives a cooling effect. It’s surprisingly easy to make using a shortcut.

Serving for 2
Ingredients:
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 2 betel leaves
- 2 teaspoon gulkand (rose petals preserve)
- 2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 2 green cardamom
- 1 teaspoon tutti fruity
- 1 or 2 drop mint essence
Method:
- In a mixer jar, add betel leaves, gulkand, fennel seeds and cardamom and grind them to make a fine paste.
- Mix it in vanilla ice cream and freeze for 2 to 3 hours.
- Using spoon mix everything and again refrigerate it for 5 to 6 hours or overnight without disturbing it.
- While serving garnish pan ice cream with some gulkand and tutti fruity.
