A chocolaty twist to yummy shrikhand. This creamy chocolaty shrikhand will be loved by kids as well as adults. The combination of yogurt and chocolate is just yummy.

Ingredients:
For basket:
- 1 Teaspoon Ghee
- 1 Cup vermicelli
- 3 Teaspoon condensed milk
For shrikhand
- 1/2 cup hung curd
- 2 Tablespoon powdered sugar
- 2 Teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon chocolate sauce
- 1 teaspoon chopped almond
Method:
- Heat butter in a pan.
- Add vermicelli and fry until dark brown.
- Add condensed milk in vermicelli and mix well.
- Add vermicelli in the bowl to shape like a bowl and keep in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Add hung curd in a deep bowl and sugar and mix well.
- Add cocoa powder and mix well.
- Transfer this shrikhand in vermicelli basket and garnish with chocolate sauce and chopped almonds.
