Chocolate cup filled with vanilla ice cream recipe, how to make a chocolate cup
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup melted chocolate
- 2 disposable cups
- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 2 tablespoon chocolate sauce
- 1 teaspoon tutti-frutti
Method
- Take disposable cups and make a small cut at the top of the cup, so you can easily open the cups after chilling, set aside.
- Melt chocolate in a microwave or double boiler and allow to melt completely and stirring occasionally.
- Keep stirring for 1 minute for tempering the chocolate.
- Pour 4 to 5 teaspoons into each cup and rotate to coat interior.
- Then grasp a cup by the bottom and invert it over the bowl of chocolate, letting the excess chocolate drip out.
- Once the extra chocolate is gone, you will be left with a thin even coating on the sides and bottom of the cup.
- Now put this in the freezer for 10 minutes for the set.
- Tear the paper of disposable cups carefully and get a chocolate cup.
- I filled with vanilla ice cream and garnish with chocolate sauce and tutti frutti.
- You can add the filling of your choice.
