Marble chocolate recipe, colored chocolate recipe, how to make marble chocolate
Serving or eating something that looks fancy is a great way to make a moment a bit more special. Marbled chocolate is ideal for that purpose because it looks great and easy to make.
Ingredients:
- 100 grams white chocolate
- 100 grams dark chocolates
Method:
- You can try varieties of patterns, I will show you three pattern.
- Place the dark and white chocolate in a separate heatproof bowl and microwave for 30 seconds and stir and repeat the process in 30 seconds intervals until chocolate melts and gets smoothed.
- Place 1/2 teaspoon of melted white chocolate in a mould and then dark chocolate. Use a toothpick to swirl the chocolate together for a marbled effect. Don’t stir too much. But I didn’t do this step as you can see in the above image.
- In second pattern,Take white chocolate on top of a finger and fill grooves of mould and then add dark chocolate.
- In third pattern,Take dark chocolate on the tip of a finger and fill grooves of mould and then fill white chocolate.
- Tap 2 times so that air bubbles are removed and place in freezer for 2 hours to set the chocolate.
