A fusion snack recipe that combines Indian traditional chaat and western fast food. The burger is a sandwich loved by all age groups, here I bring you an Indian Style Aloo Tikki Burger to gorge on.

Ingredients:
For patties
- 2 potatoes boiled
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 bread slices
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Oil for frying
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
For paste:
- 2 tablespoon refined flour
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
Other Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup semolina or breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon eggless mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 3 burger buns
- 1 tomato sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon butter
Method:
- Firstly take boiled potatoes, peel and mashed in a deep bowl.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, salt and bread slices.
- Combine everything and prepare patties.
- In a bowl for preparing a paste to add refined flour, corn flour, black pepper, and salt and mix well.
- Add water and make a thin paste.
- Add semolina to a plate.
- Heat oil in a pan for frying patties
- Dip patties into refined paste and roll in semolina, repeat this procedure twice.
- Deep fry or shallow fry till it turns golden and crisp.
- Heat a griddle on medium flame.
- Cut half the burger bun and spread butter on griddle and toast buns.
- Now in a bowl prepare burger sauce for this add mayonnaise and tomato sauce in a bowl and mix well.
- Spread burger sauce on a toasted bun and add onion slice and then a tomato slice and then add patties and then again spread burger sauce.
- Cover with burger bun and press slightly.
- Our burger is ready to serve.
