Ingredients:

  • 1 cup boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mango powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 6 Bread slices

Method:

  • In a deep bowl add boiled mashed potatoes, chopped onion, red chili powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, and salt and mix well.
  • cut round of bread and flat the round with the help of roller.
  • take one round and add some onion potato mixture in the center and apply little water on sides and cover with another round and press with fingers.
  • Heat Tawa and apply little oil and roast bread parantha on both sides.
