Simple and tasty Indian fudge recipe prepared mainly with grated coconut, sugar, and milk. It is a common Indian dessert recipe prepared during Diwali, Holi, Raksha Bandhan, and Navaratri. Today I made with condensed milk and desiccated coconut.
The coconut powder is mixed with condensed milk and dry fruits and blended together to make super delectable barfi. This simple and quick to make coconut barfi is really tasty and a healthy barfi recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Condensed milk
- 3 cup desiccated coconut
- 7 to 8 chopped almonds
- 1 teaspoon chopped pistachios
Method:
- First, take condensed milk in a pan.
- Turn on the flame and keep it to medium.
- Add desiccated coconut and mix well.
- Add chopped almonds.
- Stir until all ingredients are mixed well.
- To set the barfi, transfer the roasted mixture to the greased plate and evenly spread the batter.
- Sprinkle the thinly sliced pistachios and almonds and press them gently with a spatula so that they stick to the barfi.
- Place it for 15 minutes in the freezer and cut into pieces.
