Schezwan Maggie recipes, How to make schezwan maggie
Maggie is the queen of all quick recipes. Maggie is a true love of all the kids, students, and bachelors. But sometimes we get bored with the regular one. If you are craving for something hot and spicy then try this schezwan maggie.
Ingredients:
- 2 packs of maggie
- 2 medium size chopped onions
- 1 medium-size chopped tomato
- 2 tablespoons spring onion
- 2 tablespoon schezwan chutney
- 1 tablespoon ghee
Method:
- Boil 3 cups of water in a pan and add maggie masala and maggie and cook on high flame till the water gets absorbed.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add chopped onion and saute 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add chopped tomatoes and saute.
- Then add spring onion and saute for one minute.
- Add schezwan chutney and mix well.
- Add this mixture in maggie and mix well.
- Our schezwan maggie masala is ready to serve.
Note:
You can add garlic and veggies as you like my kids didn’t like veggies that’s why I was not adding.
