Bhujia Chikki recipe, Namkeen Sav recipe, Bhujia gur chikki, How to make Bhujia chikki
Chikki is a traditional ready to eat Indian snacky sweets. This is my innovation to try this recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1/2 cup grated jaggery
- 3/4 cup bhujia
- 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon melon seeds
Method:
- Heat Ghee in a pan and add jaggery.
- Melt jaggery at low to medium flame.
- When jaggery gets melted add one drop in water if it becomes a ball and when you eat this ball it should not stick at your teeth.
- Now jaggery syrup is ready then add bhujia and mix well.
- Spread this mixture in a greased plate and spread by grease flat bowl.
- Garnish with fennel seeds and melon seeds.
