Bhujia Chikki

Bhujia Chikki recipe, Namkeen Sav recipe, Bhujia gur chikki, How to make Bhujia chikki

Chikki is a traditional ready to eat Indian snacky sweets. This is my innovation to try this recipe.



Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1/2 cup grated jaggery
  • 3/4 cup bhujia
  • 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon melon seeds

Method:

  • Heat Ghee in a pan and add jaggery.
  • Melt jaggery at low to medium flame.
  • When jaggery gets melted add one drop in water if it becomes a ball and when you eat this ball it should not stick at your teeth.
  • Now jaggery syrup is ready then add bhujia and mix well.
  • Spread this mixture in a greased plate and spread by grease flat bowl.
  • Garnish with fennel seeds and melon seeds.
