Ingredients:

  •  200 grams til sesame seeds
  •  200  grams khoya
  •  200  grams sugar powder
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
  •  2 teaspoon chopped dry fruits

Method:

  • Dry roast sesame seeds in a non-stick pan till light brown in color. Cool,put in a mixer jar and grind coarsely.
  • Add khoya to the same pan and saute for a minute.
  • Transfer the mixture into a bowl , add ground sesame seeds, powdered sugar, cardamom powder and dry fruits and mix well.
  • Divide the mixture into equal medium sized portions and roll them into laddoos.
  • Arrange them on a serving plate and serve.
