Ingredients:
- 200 grams til sesame seeds
- 200 grams khoya
- 200 grams sugar powder
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 2 teaspoon chopped dry fruits
Method:
- Dry roast sesame seeds in a non-stick pan till light brown in color. Cool,put in a mixer jar and grind coarsely.
- Add khoya to the same pan and saute for a minute.
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl , add ground sesame seeds, powdered sugar, cardamom powder and dry fruits and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into equal medium sized portions and roll them into laddoos.
- Arrange them on a serving plate and serve.
