Bread Patties with triple stuffing recipe, how to make bread patties with triple stuffing recipe

Crisp and tasty and healthy bread patties with a soft spiced triple stuffing.
To make bread patties,I have used white bread but you can even use brown bread or whole wheat bread.

Ingredients:
16- Bread slice
Oil for frying

For yellow colour

  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 3 medium sized boiled potatoes
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilly powder

For white colour

  • 1 cup grated paneer
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala

For green color

  • 1 cup fresh green peas
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1/2 green chilly chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilly powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • Salt to taste

Method:



For yellow colour

  • Heat 1 teaspoon oil and add 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds and let it splutter.
  • Add 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger and add 1/2 chopped green chilly and chopped onion and saute for one minute.
  • Add turmeric powder and mashed potatoes, salt, red chili powder and saute for one minute.
  • Remove it in a bowl.

For green color

  • Take one cup peas and coarsely grind it in a mixer jar. 
  • Add this ground pea in the pan and add chopped onion, grated ginger and chopped green chilly and salt, red chilly powder and chat masala and saute till all water evaporates.
  • Remove it in a bowl.

For white colour

Take 1 cup grated paneer and add salt, black pepper and chat masala and mix well.

Assembling:

  • First, take a small portion of peas masala and cover it paneer mixture and then cover it with potato mixture.
  • Trim the edges of bread slices.
  • Take 1 cup water in a bowl.
  • Dip 2 bread slices and press bread slices between your palms so that excess water is drained.
  • Make sure the bread stays intact and does not break. So press gently.
  • Place stuffing on that and cover it with another 2 bread slices.
  • Gently roll the bread and join the edges.
  • Press the edges and seal them and also press the top and bottom part and seal them.
  • Our bread patties are ready for frying.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and fry bread patties. 
  • You can shallow fry also.
