Cheesy Masala Poori Recipe, Cheese stuffed gujia, How to make cheesy masala poori
A new a tastier way to eat masala poori, Kids will simply love this cheesy masala poori.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup gram flour
- 1/4 cup semolina
- 1 boiled mashed potato
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/4 cup green fenugreek leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon milk
- 5 Cheese cubes
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Add all the ingredients except oil and cheese cubes.
- Mix well and knead the dough with water.
- Take a small sized ball dough, roll about 3 inches in diameter.
- Place small size cheese cube and fold like D shape.
- Apply water on sides and slightly press.
- Now deep fry in oil.
- Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
