Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup gram flour
  • 1/4 cup semolina
  • 1 boiled mashed potato
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 cup green fenugreek leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon milk
  •  5 Cheese cubes
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  • Add all the ingredients except oil and cheese cubes.
  • Mix well and knead the dough with water.
  • Take a small sized ball dough, roll about 3 inches in diameter.
  • Place small size cheese cube and fold like D shape.
  • Apply water on sides and slightly press.
  • Now deep fry in oil.
  • Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
