Raw banana kabab, kachhe kele ke kabab, how to make kachhe kele ke kabab
Raw banana Kabab is a very nice and delicious snack that can be enjoyed with hot tea or any other drink. It has a royal texture and melts in the mouth with rich flavors.
Raw banana is a great source of fiber, beta-carotene, calcium, vitamin A and C. They are very nutritious and offer several health benefits in addition to their delicious flavor.
Ingredients:
- 2 boiled raw bananas
- 1 boiled potato
- 1/4 cup green peas crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon mint leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 inch ginger grated
- 1 green chili chopped
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- Salt to taste
- Oil for shallow frying
Method:
- In a bowl add boiled banana and mashed with a fork.
- Add boiled grated potatoes, green peas, red chili powder, turmeric powder, mint leaves,garam masala, grated ginger, chopped green chili, bread crumbs, and salt.
- Mix all the ingredients until form a soft dough.
- Take a small portion of dough and make a kabab and shallow fry from both sides till golden brown.
- Serve hot with green chutney, tomato ketchup.
Note: For crispier kabab, add enough oil to cover the outer layer of the kabab. Cook kabab for 8 to 10 minutes on low flame, turning occasionally until evenly browned on both sides.
