Ingredients for Mixed Fruit Stuffed Mango Pancake:
For pancake
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoon mango puree
- 1 cup milk
For stuffing
- 1/4 chopped apple
- 1 chopped banana
- 1 chopped kiwi
- 1/2 cup pomegranate
- 3 tablespoon mango puree
- salt to taste
- 1/2 lemon juice
For Greasing

Method for Mixed Fruit Stuffed Mango Pancake:
For Stuffing:
- Heat a pan and add chopped fruits like apple, banana, and kiwi and pomegranate’s pearls and mango puree.
- Cook until fruits will soft.
- Remove it in a bowl and add salt and lemon juice and mix it well.
- Now our stuffing is ready.
For Pancake:
- In a bowl add wheat flour, honey, baking powder, and mango puree and mix well.
- Add milk little by little and make a batter.
- The batter should not thick and watery.
Preparation:
- Heat a tawa and add one teaspoon oil and spread with a brush.
- Add one ladleful batter and spread.
- When the outer layer looks cooked then spread stuffing on half portion and fold the pancake and cover stuffing.
- Flip it and cook another side also.
