Ingredients:
- 350 ml full-fat milk
- 100gm Packet Tops Kesar pista mix
- 1 tablespoon chopped almonds
- 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
- 6 saffron strands
Method:
- In a bowl add milk and instant mix and mix it lumps free.
- Add this mixture in a pan add cook it till mixture should thick.
- leave it for 10 minutes for cool.
- Pour in ice cream mould.
- Keep in the refrigerator for 7 to 8 hours for the set.
