Choco chikki is a quick combination of chocolate and crushed mixed nut chikkis, allow to set in a chocolate mould, results in a mixed nut chikki allowed to set in chocolates mould, result in a mixed nut chikki chocolate.
If you like the crunchy feel of caramel, you will enjoy this nutty delight even more.
Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 Teaspoon chopped almonds
- 2 Teaspoon chopped cashew nuts
- 1/2 cup melted chocolate

Method:
- Melt sugar on low heat till golden like honey.
- Add nuts of your choice and mix properly.
- Grease plate and pour the mixture.
- Spread them with the help of a spatula and allow it to cool completely.
- Now make a coarse powder of praline.
- Mix in melted chocolate and set in moulds.
Note:
- The chikki used in this recipe is best crushed using a mortar- pestle(Khalbatta) rather than a mixer.
- Finely powdered chikki will not provide the required texture.
