Pav Bhaji Uttapam Cheesy Sandwich Recipe
This Pav Bhaji Uttapam Cheesy sandwich is easy to make. All the ingredients are easily available in the kitchen. You can make it for breakfast, as a snack when the kids return home from school.
You may use your favorite vegetables in this recipe. This is another way of adding some vegetables to your meals.
- Rava (semolina) – 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Curd – 1/4 cup
- Tomato 1/2 cup chopped
- Capsicum -1/2 cup chopped
- Onion – 1/2 cup chopped
- Boiled potato – 1/2 cup mashed
- Garlic Cloves – 2 grated
- Red chili powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- 1/4 inch ginger- grated
- Green chilly – 1 chopped
- Pav Bhaji masala – 1 tablespoon
- Lemon Juice – 1 teaspoon
- Fresh coriander – 1/2 cup chopped
- Oil – 1 teaspoon
- Butter – 1 tablespoon
- Cheese as required

Method:
- In a mixing bowl add Rava, salt, and curd and mix well, add water to adjust the consistency of the batter, and rest it for 20 minutes.
- In a pan heat 1 tablespoon butter add garlic chopped chilly and grated ginger and saute.
- Add all veggies like onion, tomato, capsicum, boiled potato mix well and add pav bhaji masala, red chilly powder, salt, and chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Switch off the flame and add lemon juice and mix well.
- Heat a pan, take a spoonful of mixture and make two mini uttapams, drizzle some oil to cook.
- Top one uttapam with the pav bhaji mixture and some grated cheese and cover with second mini uttapam.
- Flip all two mini uttapams and cook for 30 seconds for cheese to melt.
- Make as many you want and serve hot.
