Pipe Rigate Pasta In White Sauce, White sauce pasta recipe, Pasta recipe in white sauce, Creamy pasta sauce
White Sauce pasta is extremely simple to make and takes only 15-17 minutes. Prepared lightly spiced aromatic fresh white sauce, boil pasta, and mix them all.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Pipe Rigate pasta
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups of water
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- salt to taste
- 2 cheese slices

Method:
- Take 4-5 cups water in a deep saucepan and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Once the water comes to a boil, add 1 cup pasta.
- I have used Pipe Rigate pasta.
- Boil for 4 to 5 minutes or until the pasta is cooked al dente.
- Al dente means cooked but still firm when bitten.
- Drain off the pasta and keep aside.
- In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoon butter.
- Add crushed garlic and saute and add 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour and saute on low flame.
- Saute until the maida turns aromatic yet does not change its color.
- Now add 1 cup milk and mix well.
- Mix until the sauce thickens without forming any lumps.
- Cook until the sauce turns silk smooth and creamy texture.
- Now add salt, black pepper, chili flakes, oregano, and cheese slices.
- Mix well making sure everything is well combined.
- Now add in boiled pasta and mix gently.
