Aam Panna recipe – how to make aam panna recipe

Aam Panna prevents you from heat stroke and keeps the body cool. Raw mangoes are rich in vitamin c and iron. The aam Panna helps in preventing stomach problems in the summers.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Unripe/raw mango
  • 2 Tsp black salt
  • Salt to taste
  • 3/4 Cup sugar
  • 2 Tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 Tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 Tsp dry mentha leaves(pudina leaves)

Method:

  • Rinse the raw mangoes in water.
  • Boil the raw mango until they become completely soft and pulpy.
  • Remove the peel and take out the mango pulp.
  • Grind together pulp with water, black pepper, salt, and sugar.
  • Now strain this mixture.
  • Now add water and roasted cumin powder and dry mentha leaves.
  • Serve Aam Panna chilled.
