Ingredients:
- All-purpose flour – 85 grams
- Corn Flour – 1.5 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder – 1.5 tablespoon
- Baking powder – ½ teaspoon
- Baking soda – ¼ teaspoon
- Powder Sugar-100 grams
- Milk-75 ml
- Oil- 60 ml
- Banana– 2 medium-sized ripe banana
- Vanilla essence – ½ teaspoon
- Choco chips – 50 gm
Method:
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Sieve flour, cornflour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda.
- Mix sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla essence.
- Add mashed banana till combined in the mixture.
- Now add all dry ingredients to the batter.
- Add choco chips mixed with dry flour.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 30- 35 minutes.
