Strawberry Ice Cream

Strawberry ice cream recipe without whipped cream and without condensed milk. To make this strawberry ice cream we need only 3 ingredients and can be made without an ice cream maker. It turns out to be smooth creamy and luscious with a natural flavor of strawberries and taste much better than the store-bought ice cream.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Full Fat Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk Powder
  • 4 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries/puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon strawberry essence

Method:

  • Heat in a pan chopped strawberries and 2 tablespoons of sugar and cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Bring 1 cup of milk to boil and reduced to simmer.
  • Cook for 15 minutes till the milk has reduced to half.
  • In a small bowl, mix the remaining milk with milk powder and add this mix into the simmering milk, stirring continuously.
  • Cook for two minutes, till the mixture, thickens.
  • Transfer it into a clean bowl and let it cool down completely.
  • Once cooled, mix in the strawberries mixture.
  • Cover and freeze it for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Remove and blend in a blender till it is smooth.
  • Now pour in a box and cover it and freeze it till ice cream set.
  • When set, scoop and serve.
