Paneer Malai tikka recipe is a popular and delicious variety of tikka that is served in restaurants is malai paneer tikka. Malai tikka has mild and creamy flavors as compared to the regular Paneer Tikka.
The recipe for Malai Paneer Tikka is extremely simple to make, yet some tips and suggestions to it. Firstly, the paneer cubes have to be moist and juicy for any tikka recipe. Ingredients:
- Paneer – 200 Gm
- Cashew And Magaj Paste- 2 tablespoon
- Cream- 1 teaspoon
- Hung / Thick Curd – 3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Saffron- 7 to 8 strands
- Butter- 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
- Onion – 1 medium size
- Ginger & Garlic Paste – 1 tablespoon
- Kasturi Methi – 1 tablespoon
- Capsicum- 1
- Oil – 2 tablespoon
- Skewers- 4
Method:
• Cut paneer in the desired shape also cut capsicum and onion in cubes.
• Mix all the ingredients except paneer.
• Marinate paneer with the prepared paste and add oil. Close it and keep it
in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
• Remove and keep at room temperature for 10 mins.
• Take skewers and insert paneer and capsicum and onion petals.
• Cook in a tandoor or a shallow pan
• serve with Mint-Coriander / Green Chutney
