How to make Vegetable Nachos with Acidulated cream & Cocktail sauce recipe
Loaded veggies Nachos is one of the party snacks. Crispy tortilla chips layered with veggies and sour cream is perfect for movie nights.

Ingredients:
- Nachos – 150 grams
- Onion – 1 large
- Green chilly – 1
- Fresh coriander leaves- 10 grams
- Tomato – 1 large
- Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoon
- Tomato Ketchup – 2 tablespoon
- Red chilly powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon – 2
- Fresh Cream – 1/4 cup
Method:
- Chop onion, chili, tomato, coriander, and mix with a little salt.
- Add the above mixture on top of the nachos.
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and red chilly powder.
- Pipe this mixture on top of nachos.
- Mix cream, lemon juice, and salt to form an acidulated cream.
- Pipe this also on top of nachos.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve crisp.
