How to make Vegetable Nachos with Acidulated cream & Cocktail sauce recipe

Loaded veggies Nachos is one of the party snacks. Crispy tortilla chips layered with veggies and sour cream is perfect for movie nights.

Ingredients:

  • Nachos – 150 grams
  • Onion – 1 large
  • Green chilly – 1
  • Fresh coriander leaves- 10 grams
  • Tomato – 1 large
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoon
  • Tomato Ketchup – 2 tablespoon
  • Red chilly powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon – 2
  • Fresh Cream – 1/4 cup

Method:

  • Chop onion, chili, tomato, coriander, and mix with a little salt.
  • Add the above mixture on top of the nachos.
  • Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and red chilly powder.
  • Pipe this mixture on top of nachos.
  • Mix cream, lemon juice, and salt to form an acidulated cream.
  • Pipe this also on top of nachos.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve crisp.
